Online Booking & Gift Certificates
- Which way is the best way to schedule an appointment?
Christin is a solo practitioner and does not have someone to receive your calls. She may be with a client or out of the office and will get back to you as soon as she can. Online booking is the best way to schedule your appointment. It's quick, easy, and available 24/7! You will be able to see Christin's schedule and pick the type/length of service, day and time that works best for you!

- How do I book online?

Just click the "Book Now" button below or through Facebook. It will direct you to the online booking page where you will see "Service Menu" and "Book Now" options. Either option will direct you to the services offered. Find the treatment you are interested in, use the up or down arrows to see the price and length of service, and then click "Select". It will then bring you to the schedule. Click the date you are interested in and it will show times that are available for the length of the service selected (more times may appear if choose a shorter service). Choose a time that works best for you. Confirm that everything is correct and click "Next". Enter your Email and password (or "Create An Account"). Comment anything the therapist may need to know and then click "Next". Agree to the "Cancellation Policy" (please review the correct policy on this site) and click "Next". Select one of the three payment options and then your appointment will be complete!
- Why does it say "First time clients not permitted to book online."?
You won't be able to book online through Massagebook until you have created your account but you still will be able to book through the "Book Now' buttons below or through Facebook. Once you have booked online and made your account, you will be able to book through the Massagebook engine.
- How do I buy a gift certificate online?
Click the "Gift Certificates" button below. You can either select the service or dollar amount. Select the image you like. It will then prompt you to fill in the recipients first and last name, the delivery method (email or print), and then to personalize the gift certificate with a "To", "From", and "Message". You have an option to preview what it looks like before you click "Review and Pay". You will then enter your email, password (or "Create An Account"), and then your credit card information. Click "Purchase" and it will be either emailed to the recipient or to you for you to print to give personally.

Note: If emailing to the recipient, you will be asked to enter the recipients email. If selecting to print you will not be asked to enter the recipients email. Once you login into/create an account it will be sent to your email that you've provided.

- Why does my gift certificate code not work when paying online?

Only gift certificates that have been purchased online and have a 13 digit code are able to be used during online booking/paying. If you have a hand written gift certificate and wish to book online, select "Pay In Person" when you are prompted and bring it with you to your appointment. If you are still having trouble, even with reentering the code, message Christin through text, email, or Facebook with your name, the purchaser's name, amount/service, and the 13 digit code. She will be able to see if it matches her records, if it has been used, or issue a new code.

- Will my gift certificate expire?

No, your gift certificate does not expire.

- What happens if I lose my gift certificate?

Christin keeps a record of gift certificates purchased. She will need the name of the purchaser and the amount/service it was for. She will be able to look and see if there is a balance.

Massage Therapy:

- Do I have to be completely undressed?

Traditionally, massage is performed with the client unclothed, but the therapist always suggests to undress to your comfort level. You will always be properly draped and never indecently exposed.

- Will I be covered?

Proper draping is required and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
