- How do I book online?
- Why does my gift certificate code not work when paying online?
Only gift certificates that have been purchased online and have a 13 digit code are able to be used during online booking/paying. If you have a hand written gift certificate and wish to book online, select "Pay In Person" when you are prompted and bring it with you to your appointment. If you are still having trouble, even with reentering the code, message Christin through text, email, or Facebook with your name, the purchaser's name, amount/service, and the 13 digit code. She will be able to see if it matches her records, if it has been used, or issue a new code.
No, your gift certificate does not expire.
- What happens if I lose my gift certificate?
Christin keeps a record of gift certificates purchased. She will need the name of the purchaser and the amount/service it was for. She will be able to look and see if there is a balance.
- Do I have to be completely undressed?
- Will I be covered?
Proper draping is required and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
